I doubt seriously the casinos care whether you are an Asian player, Russian player, Italian player, Canadian player, Mexican player, African-American player ( well, you get the point ). All the casinos care about is the amount of your wagers and the length of time spent making those wagers. It's that simple. Of course, the more you lose, the more the casinos will love you. If you meet these few basic requirements, then all sorts of "nice offers" should come your way; and not because you are of a particular ethnicity.
