The combined play on one card shouldn't hurt your wife's offers. In
fact, they could get better as "her" play will be worth more the casino
after you combine the play.
If you're worried that this isn't the case, next time just have her
play on your card. That way you'll get better offers and her history
won't be impacted.
If you rotate trips (all play on your card one trip all on yours the
next) you both might get good offers. Then you can take more (or
longer) trips with comped rooms.
