I devote usually two words on the subject, no need for an entire
chapter: Benjamin Franklin. For many of you, Alexander Hamilton would
be equally effective. Essentially, people in service positions enjoy
being recognized. So, I try to facilitate the recognition wherever
possible. Other hosts are so patently coin-operated it's really easy
to deal with them. They get what they want, you get what you want.
I'm certain without even reading said chapter, it's probably a must
read for those who play below the +ACQ-5 level.
