The July mailers are probably late because they have a swipe promo this weekend instead of weekly free play.

Apparently we now need to at least be at the Rampart Plus level in order to receive "Weekly Free Play Mailers". That level requires 50,000 base points ($100,000 coin-in on video poker) in their six month qualifying period.
