I also live in Las Vegas and have been going to the "dine in" restaurants since they opened last month and have been going to a casino every day since June 4.  I wear a mask when required but not otherwise.
Anyone who doesn't feel safe in a place unless everyone is wearing a mask will need to just stay home, as it's not happening here.  (All of this is subject to change based on how the Governor thinks things are going under the current guidelines.)
