[vpFREE] I got this reply about bad Caesars drawing

Hello-

I hope you are well! My name is Jeremy and I manage the Las Vegas market for Caesars Entertainment. Unfortunately, the $50k drawing this past weekend experienced a technical issue and did not run as planned. Our team is currently working to remedy the situation. Caesars will send an apology email and we will offer Free Slot Play compensation to all guests that attended the event.

 

We strive to offer a world class gaming experience and in this situation we did not live up to that. I apologize that the experience was subpar and I appreciate you brining this to our teams attention.
