Some of the reports about the paytable downgrades at the Downtown Grand may have been a little overstated. Here are the highlights of what I saw today.
All the banks on the floor and at the bar with single-line games still have 25c, 50c and $1 10/7 DB (100.17%), 10/6/50 DDB (100.07%) and other games just below 100%.
The 25c 4-way progressive at the bar is still 10/6/50 DDB (100.07%).
Bob Dancer posted on the videopoker.com forum Monday evening that there were still two machines with 25c 10 play and $1 3 play FPDW. They were the only machines that I saw getting serious play today.
There are two Super Star machines on the floor and four at the bar with various multiline games in 5c through $1. All games on them are under 100%.
Fe'Adolphus "Curt" Curtiss formerly of the Plaza is now a host at Downtown Grand.
