Best egress is that door in between main exit and old west exit, but even so, be extremely careful. West garage is finished for parking, just be careful walking to casino from it."
There is a covered, enclosed walkway from the Palms west garage to the casino that's been there for a few weeks. It's really a tunnel through the construction zone. The entrance is on the main floor of the garage beside the garage elevators and it ends in the casino between the food court and sportsbook.
