11x is for points only, not tier credit? is that it? $1 in for one slot point, $2 in for one VP point. But tier credit is $5 in for one slot tier "point" and VP is unknown variable for one VP tier. Am I finally understanding or maybe not?
That is all correct based on all the reports I have seen. I think you also understand it better than most of the poor attendants at the B-Conned desks.
Also note that Ruby members are not eligible for any slot points, so 11x0=0 for Ruby's
