It is dumb, no points first tier. Here in Pennsylvania my grandson plays in local joint. He watches his points and just made a tier. He is playing for points from first day he had his card.
Maybe they are turning toward Atlantic City management. They more AC tightened up the more the profits
plunged. SO.....they tightened up more. A C is a ghost town in winter. Good for 3 months.
