I had about 700,000 points ($700) disappear from my Boyd players card yesterday around the unveiling time. When I took my card out of the machine, my balance went to 0.
I asked at the Rewards desk and was told they will look into it, but it may take a couple of days.
Did anyone else notice anything like this?
