I see that the Barona Casino near San Diego has Jokers Wild 2, with a
99.92% payback...

However, I have not been able to find any information on the strategy
for playing this game. Can anyone help? Also, what is the variance on
the game?

Since the payout for the Royal is given as 1000 instead of 800 as in
all the other games, does that mean that the Royal is $1250? As in,
IRS 1200+ ?
