Re: [vpFREE] Gold coast and Orleans Sunday Brunch

I could say almost the exact same thing regarding treatment at the Gold Coast versus the Orleans as you. At the Orleans I'm treated great at the Gold Coast, no way.

What this points out is that if you use a Boyd property you need a good host. I always liked the Gold Coast but was never able to hook up with a good host. I used to have a good host at Sam's Town, when he left there was nothing left for me to do but abandon the property, because the host that was there was useless..

Subject: [vpFREE] Gold coast and Orleans Sunday Brunch

We love the Gold coast Sunday brunch, but today we decided to try the Orleans instead. Big mistake. First nasty woman at cashier counter telling us our coupons were not good because they were for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, NOT brunch. She called host who said our play was at GC so she could not comp at Orleans. Also we were told we could not speak to host and she was at lunch and there was only one. We went to BConnected booth who said our coupon WAS good for brunch. Back to nasty Medeley buffet person, who called B connected, finally got in with 2 for 1 coupon, but no discount for our sapphire card and price was higher than GC.

Orleans had no strawberries, chocolate fountain, or good cupcakes. Did have prime rib instead of steamship beef.

At Gold Coast register people always kind and helpful. Service excellent. So are hosts who had no trouble comping us for a buffet when needed. In fact the other day we went to Cornerstone excellent steakhouse and I asked for $100 comp, host said "are you sure you dont want 150 or 200...here's 200, if you dont use it it will go back to account."

Last time for us at the Orleans.
