I live in KC and none of the casinos comp alcohol. They all have free coffee and soda stations in multiple places throughout the casinos. As far a VP goes, payables aren't that great but I've had good luck at Hollywood Casino near the racetrack in KCK. It's the newest casino and I'd put to on par with, say M Resort in LV or maybe even Aliante. Their players club (Marquee Rewards) is actually the same with M Resort and now Tropicana in LV. The one KC Casino to avoid is Isle of Capri or as locals refer to it - Pile of Debris. Other than that, Harrahs and Ameristar are both decent as is Argosy. My favorite is Hollywood mostly because of nearby food and shopping in the area. All the rest of the casinos are "Riverboat" casinos on the Missouri side of the state line and are kind of remote and next to nothing because, well, they're literally on the river.
