I don't believe I've received any offer in the physical mailer that is
not available online. The little food comp coupons in the mailer are
nice, but they can also be selected and printed online. Theh page size
printouts are just not as convenient.

The "Provide Feedback" button is apparently only for comments about the
web site. I've used it twice, and it had no effect, not even a response.

The Contact Us link apparently just goes to some faceless employee who
rarely responds.

You used to be shown a host and a direct link to send an email. I think
that was a much better way to voice any problems. They probably got too
many complaints. Boyd is really going downhill.
