In their casinos, Boyd heavily advertises that they provide online access to their player card accounts. However the content on their web site is woefully incomplete.
Several promotions published in the physical mailer are not visible either in my personal B-Connected online account or on the applicable web page listing that casino's promotions.
Boyd does provide an online method to send them a message through B-Connected online. Click the "TOOLS" button and select the "CONTAC US" option. You can then send a message to any Boyd casino by selecting it from the list. Let them know your opinion!.
