Thank you Mr McEwen for investigating this issue. I had no idea whom to contact in marketing to find out what the problem was. I'm very glad to hear the RC multiplier program is continuing. It appears there is a big disconnect between those in the offices and those at the booth. This manager is definitely misinformed if he thinks the opt in function appears on the kiosks at Caesars Palace. This month the promotion is available March 1, 15 & 29. It's too late for me to play today but I'll try it again in 2 weeks. Out of curiosity did any other LV locals try to use the offer today? As a warning, if the boothlings correctly activate the offer the multiplied points will show immediately while playing. If they don't, the multiplied points will never show up and no one will help you for 14 days because that's the time they have to adjust the points per the fine print. If you don't mind, I'd like to take a copy of this note along with me next visit to show the booth supervisors if they continue to fight activating multipliers.
Thanks again.

Here's the story, directly from a senior marketing VP at Caesars:
"The short answer is that the multipliers are definitely available at all properties and guests can swipe in at any property. We even personally asked Caesars Palace Total Rewards Center supervisors and, indeed, this program is valid and no property is opted out. The option exists at both the TR Centers city-wide and at the kiosks. We will definitely take the opportunity in our pre-shift buzz sessions and internal communication to ensure that the team members are aware and communicating accurate information."
