"The short answer is that the multipliers are definitely available at all properties and guests can swipe in at any property. We even personally asked Caesars Palace Total Rewards Center supervisors and, indeed, this program is valid and no property is opted out. The option exists at both the TR Centers city-wide and at the kiosks. We will definitely take the opportunity in our pre-shift buzz sessions and internal communication to ensure that the team members are aware and communicating accurate information."
