FWIW, I got a Chairman's card good through June 2017 under this program. I am still Chairman status per their website and the casino kiosks. Since Stations feels my IQ is higher than my shoe size, I am still on the DNI / no mailer list. Wonder what would happen if an undesirable like myself asked for the cruise.
