I may be wrong, but I believe the only substantive change was instead of issuing individual W2G's, a casino "may" alternatively issue a single W2G for the gross total of all W2G wins in a given gaming day. Sure wish they would allow netting losses, living in a state that taxes gross W2G winnings and no deduction for losses is a killer.
