I believe that only the Thursday point multipliers are open to the public at the Palms this month. It appears that the multipliers on Wednesdays and Friday 1/27 are only available to those who got a January mailer.

I tested it yesterday (Wednesday 1/11) with a person who did not get the Palms January mailer and he did not have that day's multiplier. Also only the Thursday multipliers are being advertised in the casino.
