Do not live in that area. By any chance is that a "class 2" Indian casino? (If yes, then video poker is not based on how you hold your cards. More akin to a scratch off lottery ticket or a slot machine.) Note: "class 3" is the equivalent of a normal non- Indian casino with normal video poker.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are 50 around the country that aren't listed. Maybe 100 given how many new ones keep appearing.
