For those who decide to cash out their points at the Sam's Town players club be forewarned that a redemption of $500 or higher will require a long wait as they collect required approvals for large point redemptions. At $499 and below the process should be much faster.

NOW they have found another way to take advantage of people who do this. It is treated not as your cash but cash the casino gave you as free play. Thus, no points are earned as you play it through the machine, nor do you get points that increase the card score. If you want cash for your points you should go to the club and get the cash from them.
