According to Nudge, he had witnessed several times over a few weeks that same machine get stuck in ticket jam mode, but he chose to use it anyway. He therefore forfeits all his rights to making long internet rants about said machine or about poor service resulting from said machine or the lack thereof. My decision is final.

And what exactly, Mr. bbtop, possessed you to jump into the fray in such a nasty way when someone was just expressing his legitimate gripe about very poor customer service and the way it has degraded over time at one of his favorite casinos.
