I ordered and paid for my Casino Player magazine on August 27, 2015. It stated that I would receive the magazine in 8 to 10 weeks. Like a good little boy, I waited my 10 weeks and called in the middle of last week. I was told at that time that I would have a magazine by the end of the week. Well, I didn't get one. So, I decided to call today and was astonished by the way I was treated. I explained my story and the rep asked for my name and before I could give it to her; she stated " oh I have it pulled up already and your name is " KISS MY ASS"... Okay!!! What did I say to bring this on? I asked to speak to a supervisor and we were disconnected. I called back and the next rep that answered had the who gives a darn attitude, also. After being treated like this and still wandering what I had done wrong, she did finally say that she would be sending out my Oct. and Nov. magazines. Has anyone else out there been treated like this by these people?
