Several times I have had to go to the player's club booth to actually get credit for the Young at Heart multipliers awarded on Wednesdays. Company policy is that they will NOT assist you over the phone. I think that is a very questionable policy considering that a significant number of their customers live in Hawaii. If there is an error in such a customer's account it may be months before their next visit to get any help in resolving it.
If you would like to contact the California players club supervisor, call the casino (702 385-1222) and ask to speak to Melissa Timput.
I recommend you:
a) record your points before you play
b) play a small number of points
c) check points to make sure they're multiplied
Most Boyd properties apply the multipliers instantly as you play.
