Several times I have had to go to the player's club booth to actually get credit for the Young at Heart multipliers awarded on Wednesdays. Company policy is that they will NOT assist you over the phone.
I recommend you:
a) record your points before you play
b) play a small number of points
c) check points to make sure they're multiplied
Most Boyd properties apply the multipliers instantly as you play.
