If you mean the 100% payback machines, forget about it. If you mean the "Up to 99.8%" machines with games like NSUD, I doubt you'll get any comped weekend rooms from a host that stay.
But if you play any other video poker machines with 8/5 BP or worse, you might get comped rooms if you have a big loss, high coin-in and a very low balance on your points. (They tell you to use your points if you have much of a point balance.)
You'll have more success getting comped rooms if you wait for future offers.
