Back home, I was more of a $5-$1 player. With the unfortunate decrease of pay tables back in my "local" casinos at the end of 2013, I am now much more of a multi-line nickel player.
In Vegas, I'll play my freeplay on the best pay table available (or sometimes on a lower variance game/machine with a reasonable pay table) and then mostly play for recreation. At Bellagio, $5 SL 9/6 JOB seemed to be the best game for my free play, so that's where I played it.
I have a job in the non-gambling world, so I don't rely on video poker for an income. I enjoy, as does The Little Woman, many of the benefits available through the casinos, so I try and work that angle without losing my rumpled white derriere.
