The Emerald Island listing (3x Mon & Wed, all machines) looks questionable, but I don't have recent information. My experience was that multipliers are invitation-only, usually 25x, valid for specified two-hour periods throughout the week, with many machines excluded. The slot club is comps only, no bounceback AFAIK.
According to the site, the current (video poker) Monday promotion is a (next-day?) wheel spin for accumulating six quads at single-hand games. A wheel spin is usually worth $10 to $20. On Wednesdays (during specified hours), you can earn a wheel spin by hitting a $75 bonus round on penny slots.
I'll ask about multipliers next time I'm there, hopefully not soon.
The downtown Henderson strip has special memories for me. It's where I proposed to my cousin.
