It bears no logo other than Total Rewards and on the back states it is issued by Four Corners Community Bank pursuant to a license by MasterCard International. "Card can be used only at authorized merchants designated by Caesars Operating Company that accept MasterCard cards."
 
We  have gotten quite a few of these, but I was told in April that these were "temporary" gift cards and they would be changing them to a different type – but didn't say when.  We were still getting this "temporary" type a couple of weeks ago.  There was some talk that the new ones would expire after one year so I have been "stocking up" on these since they never expire if you use them at least every 12 months.  (We get a lot of these cards – every 50K tier credits – because we aren't interested in any of the "Experiences" they offer.  This way we have lots of credit to create our own experiences!!!)
