That's a very common tale. Atlantis Reno has been very aggressive at no-mailing winning players who hit too many jackpots (particularly large ones). I got dealt quad queens playing 100 play Super Double Bonus for $6,000 and all mail stopped the next month. They even no-mail players who hit big slot jackpots in the high limit room. It's just the way they are.
