We pick up our Budget (through Costco) convertible for 8 days for ~$300. We will add liability for another ~$120 and charge to our American Express card which adds $20/car rental so we can decline all other coverages and all we have to do is call AE hotline and they are supposed to take care of the rest.
Weather looks great for the ride to Laughlin (and Oatman). Paid $80 more for the convertible. Nice. Leaving Tuesday from Boston. Beating the snow storm :-)
