From my experience, those will probably stop for you after a few months, but it's nice while it lasts. I was getting an extra $500 on the average every 2 weeks for about three months, and then they stopped despite my playing with the same frequency (about 3 or 4 times a month, expecting to hit a dozen or two dozen taxables every trip). Really don't know what triggers them to start or stop coming, but the wording certainly makes it sound like taxables are one component.
