I don't think any casino sends "reasonable mailers" anymore. It's all become very complicated, it depends on your sex, age, ethnic appearance or surname, accent, where you live, what id's you present, how you conduct yourself in the casino, and so on. And casinos like to try to reserve the right to change the terms at any moment to their discretion, they don't have that right, but you might need gaming's help to explain that to them.
