Re: [vpFREE] MSS Gold card

O.K. Now that I know what happened I can expand on my previous note. The free food offer is probably not a gold card.

The free food mailer usually means that you will get one or two Aloha coupon books that have coupons for a number of meals that are restricted in value and can at times be used as a discount for other meals.

To the best of my knowledge Silver and Gold cards are only issued by hosts and usually after establishing yourself as a customer with at least 3 trips at an acceptable level to justify the level of comp being given.

The hosts can also issue individual comp slips based on your play. I have found them to be very reasonable on their comp policies and are especially generous with buffet comps. The nicest Hosts there in my opinion are Brenda and Ipo.

Enjoy your stay

A.P.

Thank you for the info and restaurant suggestions.  Very interesting...
We usually spend a few hours at MSS when we visit LV, but we have never stayed there. I actually have no idea how much CI we did on our last visit last year. I don't recall any outstanding wins there, so I can't imagine that our CI was anything extraordinary. Husband and I play on same card - mainly 25c single line, with some 3/play and STP.
We have no MSS host, but we had received a mail offer for "Complimentary 4 night stay and FREE MEALS." When I called to book it, I asked what FREE MEALS meant. I was told we would be given a gold card for food.
So who knows? Maybe the reservationist did not know what our offer actually entails. I'll report back after our visit.
