I used to tip $20 for my wife and I when I got comped casino limos from the airport, and that's been 10-15 years (from my blackjack days). One consideration is that the limo is undoubtedly (and pretty reliably) a nicer ride than a taxi.
The key is hinted at below -- how much time does the driver spend (remember, it's a round trip for the driver, with or without a wait, unlike a taxi that goes one-way and then tries to pick up another fare from where they are), especially if your flight's delayed (or your bags take a while to come off the chute) and he/she has to spend extra time waiting -- also, how much baggage is involved and to what extent does he/she assist with those -- and finally, consider also the distance of your particular casino from the airport and what you would have spent if you'd taken a taxi. Remember, most limos are $40-$75 if you're paying for the ride, so think about what you'd tip if you were paying for the limo. When I get a comped service such as this, or a comped meal, I usually tip a little more generously than I would if I were paying (not sure why), especially if the service is particularly attentive.
If I'm taking a 5 minute taxi from my casino to a restaurant, show, or another casino (taxi because of weather or time concerns) and the doorman offers to have the casino limo take me instead, I'll tip less - $5 or $10 -- since the time involved is much shorter, and since the driver clearly was just standing around doing nothing if I was offered the ride without asking for it. On the other hand, if I'm in a group of six or eight, perhaps going to a restaurant where getting a cab is not that easy, and the casino limo (or hotel shuttle van if I'm elsewhere) agrees to take us and pick us up when we call for a return ride, I consider that to be a huge savings over taking one or two taxis, not to mention the convenience, and I am usually much more generous.

I tip $20 when picked up because the driver has to come into the airport
terminal and wait for you. When being dropped off I tip $10. If your party
is more than two people you might tip a little more.
