As I have mentioned before on this site, I usually tip the limo driver based on what I would have been willing to pay a cab, up to $ 40 or so for long rides. The limo is way more comfortable and convenient and usually the driver even speaks English. Most drivers we've had are nice people who like people and make for a pleasant ride. We like to encourage and reward pleasant behavior and hard work. Can't remember a limo driver with an attitude or one who appeared on the edge of a road rage outburst.
