From my perspective, no need to contact the host unless there is a reason. They know when you are in the hotel and which machine you are playing so can easily find you in the casino -- some will stop by to say "hello" and see if you need anything.

Subject: [vpFREE] Got a question about Host
I booked a room offer with a host thru an email. Is it common practice to contact that host in person when I then stay at that hotel? I mean do I look him or her up, or will they look me up while I am there?
