I only used Palms points for freeplay during June-Aug and they were deducted correctly at the time. I'm surprised that the Palms didn't fix this problem much sooner like in June when it first happened.

Players club said the Palms (computer system) wasn't deducting points off, during the June-Aug period, so in late Aug, they deducted a lump sum. Anyone else run into this situation?
