Guys,I've played in half a dozen Dotty's. All of those have had at least some machines with NSU. The good promo they have is double points from midnight 'til 6 A.M. Also, 2X for over 50 "early birds" from 6 A.M.- Noon. This turns into a positive play when added to their W-2G promo if you are playing for a dollar and up, and better when playing for two bucks, since that generates a W2-G when deuces are hit. Bob Dancer spoke about this back when Dotty's was cosponsoring his radio show.
My husband and I have played there for many months, and we have seen absolutely no correlation between winning and bounce back cash. We sure do see this in our mailers from South Point!
I haven't read about Maloof having anything to do with the situation.
My complaint about Dotty's is that it is the smokiest place ever, and smoke usually does not bother me. One can play at their K-Mart and Food for Less Locations to avoid this.
I do like progressives, but have not seen one in any store I've been in. I don't know that a progressive would rise very fast. Every time I'm at Dotty's (with the exception of K-Mart) nearly all of the patrons are playing Keno.
