Yeah, I had to think long and hard about going. I really wanted to go, but just couldn't shake the feeling of how likely it would be to get screwed out of the rebate. There were just too many scenarios I came up with where things could go horribly wrong, and I wasnt even planning on cheating by exaggerating recorded losses.
It really does make me wonder how people who are dishonest enough to cheat on the promotion were also naive enough to assume the casino couldn't be just as underhanded as they are. The funny thing is usually those people are the ones that are most vocal about being wronged, when in fact all that happened was they got disqualified from a promotion in which they got caught violating the rules. It does suck for the people who were playing honestly and still got screwed out of the rebate, though. Some of the cheaters already got what they deserve, I hope the honest players eventually do too.
