So are you saying that it was NOT a MAILED offer? What do you mean the "freeplay occurred because of some other issues"? It is my understanding that the match offer was only good for MAILED freeplay offers. If you got that freeplay because they were fixing an issue you had with the casino then I would think it would not be eligible at all. From what I am hearing it sounds like you are pretty lucky they gave you the $250.

had letter from Harrahs with a large match play stated on it which Revel was supposed to match "up to $500.00"---they only woyld match it up to $250.00---did not argue as I didn't want to create a fuss and lose my card and the free play occurred because of some other issues---but it was free play---has anyone had a large demonination matched /
