That's what I do. I'm not paying a buck for water. I fill my bottle in the
room or bathroom if needed.
I tip a buck-for booze only. That includes my infrequent forays to Wynn, Hard
Rock, Cosmo and the like and my regular attendance at the Palms FPDW
progressives for many, many years.
Never had a complaint and I order the most top shelf bourbons I can get-or B &
B-on the rocks.
