+ Overall - pretty average. Won a coupla hundred...no Royals
+ $5 W2 - Checked my status @ Fremont. Decided I needed more play than I wanted to give them to keep up my Sapphire status, but played some...was down several hundred & decided to play $5, DDB. Down to my last $10. held 2 5's, caught the other 2 for $1250.
+ El Cortez - went on ACG & LVA coupon run. Went from El Cortez up to Plaza. While @ PLaza found $100 ticket from El in my shirt pocket so had to walk back to El Cortez...was going to cash out, but decided to play it off on 25c DDB rite inside entry. Hit A/kicker for $500...sweet
+ 4Q straight flush lady - playing my favorite machine $1 DB by elevators. Up comes obviously "well off" couple. She wants to play so sat next to me while husband watched. PLaying $1 w/ no clue. After about 6 hands, she sez...but I'm losing. She had $9 from her original $10. Pretty soon I look over...she's got K,Q,J,9 of hearts w. T diamonds. She throws the T...yep she gets T of hearts. I'm surprized she just didn't go for & catch royal.
+Beggars - I remember my 1st trips to Vegas as a "youngster" & the downtown having bums laying on the sidewalks all over. It's obviously changed alot from those days...but...seems to me now I'm getting asked for change much more frequently & everyone seems to be holding a piece of cardboard claiming homeless or some reason to be asking for $$$. It may be the economy & I definately believe in 1st amendment & all, but seems to me 2 changes need to be made out there. 1. Get rid of the "porn slappers" on strip. 2. Do something downtown. It's reverting to "the old days"
+ Squid trip reports - Don't know how many off you are reading his trip reports courtesy of Royal Flusher, but U otta. 2 images I can't get otta my head...I'll be laughing for months everytime I picture him pouring that drink down his front in front of another obviously pissed off lady behind the cashier cage. And the second, he talked about the SP & the "drink servers" I was there last Halloween. My server was one of the most gorgeous females I've ever seen...dressed in red pumps, red mid-length red nylons, panty hose & a skirt that "barely" covered the essentials. A little too much silicone for my tastes, but I've never seen a "10" so this was her only dis-qualifier. I told her "I don't know waht your costume is....but I like it. I also told her I had been talking to my wife @ home/ had described her to the wife & she said I had to leave her serving area.
+Drink server...I call her a "drink server" cuz a few days ago I read that we are to take the gender description otta our language. So no more Manpower, man-handled, & several others...so I'm assuming we can no longer call them "cocktail waitresses"
+ Be back in Apr. Hopefully the weather won't be so chilly...Shit
