This article seems to imply that some Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas properties are again marketing to locals. Does anyone know which ones and if the offers are automatic from Marketing? The last time I got something, I had to go through a host. I got the feeling during my visit that there was an expectation to show my appreciation back to the host. I have stayed away since.
