Obviously I can't answer the question for the person it is directed to, but I can share that, of the half-dozen times I was barred from playing blackjack (before I moved on to games where they don't do that to me), I was only on a winning session once, and often was a net loser at the casino at which I was barred at, the time I was barred, even though my 10-15 years of card-counting blackjack play resulted in a nice net win overall.
I must assume that if they think they've identified you as a card counter, they are happy to take you out of play before your advantage play scores a win, and it's reasonable to think that, if they somehow identify you as an advantage player with an edge over the house at any other game, they would do the same, regardless of what their data tells them about your win/loss status.
Of course, if their records show you're a losing player, one would expect they would be very carefully examining your play before classifying you as an advantage player, lest they trespass someone who's a source of money for the business and who is not an advantage player! In fact, my experience has been that they are quick enough to bar a player that they probably do bar people from time to time who are truly "innocent" but whose play pattern coincidentally matched that of a knowledgeable player for a short while. I was once barred after only 10 min. of play, and there's little likelihood they could be reasonably sure they were doing the right thing in such a short block of time.
Certainly there are many people who can count cards and play blackjack reasonably well but, just as could happen to a knowledgeable VP player, are not net winners because of poor money management, mistakes, or the occasional desire to play a hunch.
But, as a knowledgeable player, I likely credit the casinos and their management with more sophistication in their decision-making than they deserve.
