As "quick" reply, I'd envision that a game which which strips away 20% of the base game wager between quad hits to have reasonably steep variance.
in fact, by essentially reallocating approx 20% of the game return from non-quad hands to quad hits, I'd look for the multiline Jacks experience to be "quickened" to one approximating standard multiline DDB play.
