Assuming that you had the bankroll to get to the top tier, and if they have video poker machines that pay close to break even (i.e, 9/6 JOB) and assuming that the normal cash back is the standard San Diego County 0.1% , would it be possible to get in to positive territory based on 1) Getting to the top tier multiplier, 2) allowing for free play cash offers as you increase the coin in, 3) allowing for estimated comps earned as you play more, and 4) most important, does anyone have a good idea of what they have to offer in terms of machines with decent paybacks for all denominations?

According to this you would get triple, I would get double at our present card levels. While this is not a major decrease in the house edge it is an improvement in the cash back. If they have a decent payback video poker game with max coins, allowing for this, upgrading in tier levels (assume we can bankroll it by spending the time to get there) we could get above 100% return at times allowing for offers, comps, and these point multipliers.
