I've had many cases over the years that the point totals shown online differ by a few points over what the screen says on the VP machine. We always try to earn at least 5 additional points over what is required by a promotion. We also write down what the machine screen says we earned and verify it with the web totals. We're now keeping an even closer watch over this with these new bonuses.

Check your tier score after each play.
You don't always get the bonus tier credits promised.
Played 2502 pts. and only got 1000 instead of 5000.
Total rewards has been looking into it they say for the past 4 days, examining the account.
Hopefully they will remedy the situation soon.
